As the spouse of a United States Marine, Roz has been buying, selling and investing in real estate for more than 20 years. Roz served her community as a middle school teacher for many years, then ultimately decided to turn her passion for education and service towards the real estate world. Her experience as a educator has given her an in-depth appreciation for a stable home environment and an unwavering fortitude to advocate for families to achieve that goal. Her hopes are to use her personal experience in military relocation and education to help her clients find the perfect home.
Her strengths are Listening, Attention to detail, Negotiation and Determination (L.A.N.D). As a native to San Antonio, she has an in depth knowledge of the area and market which allows her to be a confident negotiator for her clients. Her goal is for her clients to enjoy the process of buying or selling their home just as much as they will enjoy the end result. When she has completed the tasks of making home ownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her son who is currently attending college at UTSA.
